We act as your advisor. We're not a vendor

Founded and run by tech people, we've helped multiple SaaS unicorns build and scale their engineering teams. Most staffing fails because the partner doesn't understand the client. That's why every engagement starts with advisory — understanding how you operate, how you're scaling, and how you build — before we look at a single candidate. Our advisory is complimentary. We don't bill for it. It's not a separate consulting service — it's the foundation that makes the staffing accurate.

We start with a deep dive into your stack, team, and way of working. The profile gets defined from your context, not from a job spec.

HR, technical, and partner interviews focused on ownership, quality, and how the candidate will actually work with your specific people.
