Too often, we saw CVs that didn't match the person behind them — and hiring mistakes that slowed everything down. So we set out to build the kind of partner we'd always needed ourselves.

200 started by connecting companies with senior talent from our trusted network of remote developers in Poland — engineers we knew, had worked with, and relied on. Since then, we've grown the model around the work itself: network-first sourcing, advisory before staffing, and People Partners on the ground in Poland.
